The RAJA89 catalogue of tutorials and courses

This page lists what you can learn on RAJA89, arranged by learning path rather than as scattered titles.

Read it like this: pick the path closest to what you need now, start where the entry point says to start, and finish one path before moving on. That looks slower and is almost always faster in the end.

Choosing where to start

Before looking at the list, the more useful question is not "which material is best" but "what do I want to be able to do". The answer to that determines the path.

If your goal isStart withWhat to prepare
To understand the fundamentals and have no technical backgroundThe foundations path: terminology, how computers and the internet actually workNothing. Time and curiosity are enough.
To understand how the digital services you use actually workThe digital literacy path, beginning with logic rather than syntaxA computer that can install software. A phone alone is not enough for some exercises.
To secure your accounts and personal dataThe privacy and security foundations pathNothing. This is the shortest path with the most immediate payoff.
To apply technology to a job you already doThe applied path for your fieldReal examples from your own work, so the practice is relevant.

The advice most people skip: start with security even if security is not your goal. The reason is practical — losing access to your primary email means losing access to almost every learning account, storage folder and work history you have.

Learning paths

How the catalogue is structured. Each learning path appears as one card giving the path name, who should start there, the expected time to finish, the difficulty, and a link to the first item. Cards are added here once the material is actually published.

How to finish a path without stalling

Stalling is rarely a sign of insufficient talent. It almost always has one of four causes, and all four are fixable.

  1. The path was too wide. Five topics at once means none of them finishes. Choose one, write it down somewhere, and refuse to add another until it is done.
  2. Jumping to the result. Copying code that runs without understanding why makes the next step impossible. If a step does not make sense to you, that is the signal to pause and read the explanation.
  3. Intention without a calendar. Intention does not survive. Thirty minutes three times a week, written into a calendar, beats "whenever I can" every time.
  4. Stopping at the first failure. Almost every first failure in technology is a configuration problem, not a verdict on your ability. Read the error, find the line, try again.

A limit worth stating: our material is tested against the software version or platform policy named in each item. If your version is considerably newer or older, some menus will differ. That is why we describe what to look for rather than only where to click, so you can still find it.

After finishing a path

Three things help at this point, and are usually skipped:

About RAJA89, and who runs this site

RAJA89 is a technology education platform. The site you are reading is the brand's official home: where we explain who we are, what is available, how the community is run, and how to reach us.

We promise nothing we cannot demonstrate, and we publish nothing you cannot check. Where a page states a figure, a price or a commitment, that statement lives on the page itself — not only in an advertisement, and not only on a page that has since been deleted.
